Today I discovered the following bug: when teleporting through a large tentacle using Winona's skill, after selecting a teleportation location, a black screen appears and blocks control. Only a complete crash of the game through Windows helped unblock.
The game is an official steam version. There are several mods, but I don't think they're the reason. Because teleportation through wormholes on the surface worked fine.
Steps to Reproduce
Play on Winona, have the skills of ShadowSeeker 1,2; put on Rose-Colored Glasses; Come to the caves; kill the big tentacle; start choosing a teleportation location; teleport.
