The game crashes when full screen is enabled

Hello. I recently discovered that my game can't run in fullscreen mode. I changed the resolution forcibly through the game files. After that, the game was able to run in a window, but as soon as I make fullscreen mode, the game crashes. I tried a bunch of different methods from the Internet, tried to restore the game files through Steam, reinstalled the game, disabled all modifications, but it did not help. Help me please! I will attach the latest log to you, maybe it will help somehow. (I noticed some confusion in the log encoding. There are just texts in Cyrillic)
