After open the shadow rift, we've search multiple shadow fissure but not a single one of them have dreadstone outcrop. The lurking nightmare still spawn. I think that maybe it take some time for the outcrop to show up, but no, been a whole four seasons and not a single one show up.

this is my world incase you want to check out, I really don't know what is the issue.
