Tail o' Three Cats used to stunlock Slurtle/Snurtle in an exposed state after the whip crack sound, it stopped working recently.
Steps to Reproduce
Hit Slurtle/Snurtle with Tail o' Three Cats until you get the whip crack sound then continue hitting to check if it's stunlocked.
