After the server startup, the new Table Lamp is turned on, even if it was turned off on server shutdown, which can be annoying when you don't want to keep refueling it.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Craft and place the Table Lamp.
2. Turn it off.
3.Shutdown the Server.
4.Notice that after server startup the Lamp is turned on despite turning it off before server shutdown.
