Suspicious boulder (celestial orb) not spawning

To my understanding the suspicious boulder should be guaranteed in a meteor shower, after day 60.

It's day 86 currently and still no orb, i cheched both my meteor fields and also ran the countprefabs command for rock_moon_shell returning 0.

Steps to Reproduce

I dont have any clue on what could be causing this bug.

The suspicious boulder is guaranteed to REPLACE a moon rock boulder that would fall, after day 60. If you are not lucky enough to have a moon rock boulder fall, the suspicious boulder will not spawn.
