Surprising Seed Bug: Gloomthorn growing in the wrong turf.

When I went to plant the seeds, the character indicated they were the correct ones for the turf, but when it grew I noticed this bug.

I removed the tree and when I put the seed back, I got the expected message. I don't know what caused the bug, and I have the same mods activated as before, but it's fixed. Thank you!
