I don't know if this is achieved through normal play through but I put myself in creative mode and made a Strident Trident. All seemed well but then I hover over it and I can't unequip it which then leads to my world crashing and taking me back out to the main menu. The screen for telling you that mods have conflicted didn't show up although it still could have been the problem.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Go in creative (Craft anything without resources)
2. Make a strident trident with nothing in your hand as you will equip it
3. Try to unequip it
4. 10 sec later game crash
