Steam Group ID error

Old DST Serve, updated in the newest Update, had to count down and reload the world 2 or 3 times so it was a few updates since we last played.

Steam group iD in the server is now a long string of numbers 15-20 long. It won't let me start the server unless i put in a valid one. When I do, each time I start the server the 15-20 digit number (same one) is always back and I have to type in the real steam group ID each time.

Possible some file got set to read only in an update and I can't ovverwrite the steam group ID, no idea. Just really don't want to kill our long running server.
