If you put a Spotlight on the boat, and then start turning it with the Rudder, then the spotlight begins to center not on the player, but on his mirrored position. The player stands on the left, the spotlight shines on the right. And so it will be until the boat turns to the starting position
Steps to Reproduce
Install the Spotlight and Rudder on the same boat, and then turn the boat with the Rudder. Spotlight will start working incorrectly, and it will start shining not at you, but in the opposite place from you
