Spool Links are not working

It is what title says. Spool links and points links are not working for me. When I use a link, it sends me to this page, but no spools/points appear in the Transactions menu (and no spools/points in the game). It's also not working on my phone. I'm also able to claim the reward for signing up as much as I want, but i'm not receiving anything aswell.

Steps to Reproduce

I don't know what's causing it, so no steps on how to reproduce

It's a known issue and Klei will take care of it. Hang in there. 

(i was on a stream and they sent an email to streamers ~half an hour ago saying they will reissue codes)
