Skins are not showing in the game

I haven't been able to wear my skins on items/structures or characters nearly for a month. When I try to change my skin through the wardrobe, it doesn't work. The same thing happens with clean sweeper. Sometimes, after the death or meat effigy revival character's body completely disappears and I can only see tools in the hand and the backpack/armor. For the record, I have cable Internet and it's working just fine. I also tried verifying integrity of game files, turning off and deleting mods, but the problem persists.
