Skill tree reset due to playing on different computers.

I play on the same world via cloud saving on two computers (PC when at home, and on a laptop when at uni). I noticed that if you pumped the skill tree on one PC, saved the world, and then started playing in the same world, but through another device, the skill tree resets, and you have to pump it again.

This is because the skill tree data is stored locally, you can copy the files to the other device, but I can't remember the exact directory of the files...
