Skill points reset after loading a cloud-saved world

Upon loading my cloud save for a world, the skill points reset.

I sometimes play on my desktop and sometimes on my laptop. Upon switching devices, the points reset.

You can see that I already have the basket, but the skill isn’t learned yet

 

Steps to Reproduce

The way it happened was by enabling cloud save for a world. After gaining some insight points, use them however you like. Save and close the server. Then, load the world on a different PC. This might not instantly reset the skill tree. Save and close again. When going back to the previous device and opening the world, the skill tree had reset in my case.

This happens to me, too, but on the same device. I have cloud save enabled, and use Walter. I disconnect the world, and then go back to the server a few hours later only to find out that points are reset and gone (i.e. I can't allot skill points anymore but nothing is selected).

[Edit] I experienced it again without disconnecting the server. I think I went to the caves, then when I got back to the ground, the skills are no more.
