Shadow rift closes sinkholes - players underground disconnect and cant join back

When a shadow rift is opens or closes, vines appear on all sinkholes in the world and cannot be entered until the host restarts the server. Players in the caves while the vines appear get disconnected and cannot join back until the server is restarted.

Steps to Reproduce

Shadow rift active

Shadow rift gets to stage 3 then closes

Disconnected in caves and vines appear on sinkholes

This only started happening after the shadow rifts were activated on our server and we have had to restart the server everytime we want to enter the caves

Are you by any chance using the Simple Health Bar mod? That mod has a known issue of crashing the caves server whenever a shadow rift occurs. Unfortunately, it doesn't look to be maintained anymore so best course of action is to disable the mod.
