Shadow Atriums put inside Chest Mimics before transforming deletes them

i was testing out if you could try and get two possed atriums at once by putting one inside it before transforming and the other by feeding, and it turns out if you do it that way, it deletes the first atrium from the drops

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Go to the Maze and find a possible Ornery Chest
  2. Put a Shadow Atrium inside an unpossessed chest
  3. Wait for it to transform, feed it another one by normal means
  4. Kill it
  5. No second atrium dropped
