server wont load

When I try to go into my server that's 200+days, the server is stuck on the server launching page and eventually ends with cannot connect.

After multiple tries - the world loads, but everything on my base is gone and I can not move more than a few steps without it bugging and flinging me back 

I have tried to create a new server - same thing stuck on the launching server page.
