Server disconnects me while fighting Misery Toadstool every time I try

Hello everyone I'm really hoping someone here may be willing to help me. I've attempted to fight Misery Toadstool about maybe 5 times now and each time he gets down to around 15,000-20,000 health the server disconnects me. I'm unsure if it has anything to do with health but I do know that it seems like it just happens after the fight has gone on for awhile. It does take me several in-game days to fight him with the current strategy I'm using (which is to burn all of his sporecaps with fire staves, and wait for them to burn down). It doesn't seem like there's an issue when it autosaves when the day transitions though. If anyone can help me figure it out I would be very grateful! I've tried to attach the client log if that helps.

I have 3 mods. 2 of them are different HP bar mods and 1 of them is a beefalo widget that basically just lets you keep an eye on your Beefalo's stats.

EDIT: Tried without my mods enabled and I finally managed to defeat him.
