Server crashes when fighting the Ancient Guardian

With the new beta adding more enemies which deal planar damage, I wanted to rush the ruins in order to prepare for these new encounters. However, when trying to kill the Ancient Guardian for a good amount of ruins loot, the server can't help but crash. I've disabled most of my server mods aside from wormhole marks, but every time I attempt the fight, the server crashes.
