Server crashes in the middle of loading

hi so my friend has this issue - whenever he tries to launch a server with caves the game just crashes while the server is still loading (note that this issue occures ONLY on server with caves). he already did all rhe usual stuff like turning off the firewall, changing the game to 32bit ver, checking the files consistency via steam, adding dst to exceptions in antyvirus etc. yet none of these have helped. if anyone wants to know he has windows 7 and all of his steam games are running smoothly except for dst

pls help lol

 

 

Steps to Reproduce

1. start server with no mods and no changes in settings

2. wait for the server to load

Hello! I already reported this bug few times, in this post i have log files.

I'll also mention that I did some tests and this problem doesn't occur when you run the game on Linux + the server starts much faster on Linux than on Windows, so it is a problem with the Windows version.
