So when i load the game, the screen freezes even though it loads the game, and then the logo of the game and loading screen is just a blur. And the main issue is that inside the game whenever i have a strong condition like getting attacked, or fullu starve, most of my screen turns into the same blurr thing (like in the picture below) and its really hard to see. Im guessing this blur replaces the fx that are supposed to happen when you get attacked, or starving etc.
I can't find my .mdmp file but i have the client log and the DXDiag as requested.
