Screen and game resolution on dual monitors changes when booting up the game.

So this bug has been happening since like 2014. Basically you start up the game, and it sets its resolution way lower than normal. I'm talking 480p or 720p, I can't exactly remember right now. The game itself will take up only 1/4th of your screen. At the same time, it makes the resolution on my second monitor super low as well. It makes my chrome tab super big and you can only see the top left 1/4th of the tab, like it's zoomed in and you only see one quadrant on your screen.

It can be "fixed" by going into the settings and manually setting it back to 1080p144hz, then turning off my second monitor and turning it on again. Needless to say it's kind of tedious especially because you made the game support like twenty different resolutions that I need to scroll through  It's hard to say how often this happens. Maybe a third of the time I load the game? I feel like it happens more often if I haven't loaded it in a few hours and not when I reload it over and over.

Am I the only one with this issue?
