Scrappy werepig can respawn immediately after defeating it

After defeating scrappy werepig A, rummaging the Teetering Junk Pile can immediately respawn a new scrappy werepig B.
Disconnect from the server and re-host, defeated scrappy werepig A disappears but scrappy werepig B remains.

(there were several times of server rollback during the fight with scrappy werepig A)

I have the exact same issue! I have no mods installed, after killing the scrappy werepig, there is another one inside the junk... Since then, my nightmare werepig never respawns and  scrappy werepig respawns again and again. Does anyone know how to report this as a bu
