[Scrapbook] Walter's Scrappier Frame Has Incorrect References

If you view the three images attached, Walter's Scrappier Frame seems to still reference that it was a separate ingredient crafting recipe rather than using the Elastispacer. I see that in Dec 2024 this change was made, I'm guessing it was just missed, no big issues but I am trying to fully fill out my scrapbook and was confused on this one for more than a few minutes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Scrapbook
2. Look at Enlightened Shard.
3. Find Mistake
