Scrapbook icons becoming comically large just from scrolling

Steps to Reproduce

Open the scrapbook and scroll through the creatures or things tab, they freak out and the icons become massive

I couldn't reproduce the problem.

How are you scrolling? Are you using the mouse wheel or the directional keys?
Are you using any client-side mods? If so, could you try reproducing the issue with no mods enabled?
