scrapbook doesn't show planar information for enemies

maybe i'm just blind (if so, pls ignore) but

if you look at an entry such as rasp, the big chewing guy who loves to eat people (yum!), you'll notice his scrapbook entry says he only does 20 damage: this is true, but he also does an additional 20 planar damage per hit (totaling to 40 damage). i think it'd be both helpful and consistent to update all planar enemies in the scrapbook to reflect their normal and planar attack values, along with some type of icon to indicate that an enemy uses planar defense.

also where's the deadly brightshade scrapbook entry?
