I found a bug in which when I enter the scrapbook and use my Xbox controller the LB and the RB then when I exit it no longer allows me to move the camera left and right

This one's been around a long time, also triggers by writing on a sign, maybe reading too, I don't remember. You may have also noticed not being able to use any inventory commands with the directional pad. Anyway, until a fix is made, it can be dispelled quickly, easily, and reliably, just by examining something.
