Skills are supposed to be saved per-shard. If I have save game A and B, I should be able to maintain different skills in each save game separate from each other.
If I have 2 save games with the same character and different skills set at the top of my save game tree with different skills set and I delete the top most save file the next file will change to the skill tree of the top file.
