Once I rollback a world in DST (Happening a lot because I'm learning maxwell and even simple fights can be tricky due to his HP) an issue can happen - if later in the game I enter caves, my equipment (Including shadow realm equipment) will reset to the time of the rollback. It's extremely frustrating because it frankly ruins the game experience. Rolling the world back is impossible after and it crashes the world.
I don't have any map-related mods installed (Besides minimap HUD), I have only some HUD mods.
Reproducing the bug is unreliable because it happens (to my knowledge) completely randomly. Sometimes it will happen, sometimes it won't - it accounts the rollback and last game save as points of equipment reset. You just have to rollback the world a few times, enter caves and you may get the old items.
