Roll Back issuses

The game (Don't Starve Together) Seems to be having repeated issues when rolling back. My friend rolled back the server when I died, but when the server reloaded I was still dead and my items were gone. A different time when we rolled back one day it rolled back several days. Another time I went into the caves and when it loaded It spawned a flored postern in the caves, and my character had th stats and items from a few days ago. These are all Several Issues that I have been experiencing repeatedly

Here it says Day 21 But the game loaded my character from Day !8, as i had the same stats from the start of day 18, the same inventory items, the same WX-78 circuits inserted, and Nightmare Fuel instead of the Pure Horror i had inserted on day 21. When the game rolled back it sent us to day 18.
