Resolution option is straight up missing on my Steam Deck

As can be seen on the images below I cannot adjust the resolution of the game at all, nor can I switch to fullscreen or windowed mode. The same thing happens no matter which external monitor I connect to my Steam Deck. The game stays in windowed mode, which makes it uncomfortable to play. In Gaming Mode black bars appear seemingly randomly. Sometimes there is just 2 on the bottom and the top, sometimes there is 4 bars on all sides of the screen making the image even smaller than in Desktop Mode. I did not find a pattern on how this happens. Also in Desktop Mode with the current setup, a mouse cursor is always on the screen but it is impossible to get rid of and it cannot interact with anything in the game. Steps to Reproduce

Enter game on a Steam Deck.

Put SteamDeck=0 %command% in the games launch options, this will let you unlock "hidden" options.

Oh, so the Steam Deck controller is the problem. Thank you, though this brings up a set of new problems. Now I either gotta make a new layout for keyboard and mouse or choose the xbox controller option which strips me of using the back buttons, or any other buttons like chat, emote wheel etc.
