Resizing the world does not work (Steam)

When modifying the world settings, the world is always created in the "Large" size (which is the default). I checked the other world modifications, and they seem to work fine—only this one, which is crucial for me, has an issue.

I'm also using Steam and I have this Issue. Customizing other sources also doesn't work: Like generating more touch stones.

Update: I also noticed that some of the subscribed mods don't show up in the game (neither in the general list nor in the active ones), for example "Geometric Placement".
