REPOST: varglets fail to spawn hounds

As the title suggests, varglets would howl when attempting to summon hounds but no hounds would spawn aftermath.

Steps to Reproduce

Step 1. face a varglet and let it attempt to spawn hounds

Step 2. no hounds spawn
