Repeated Disconnection When Entering Rockfall Area in Underground Cave

As per our submission on your website, we would like to report an issue we have encountered in the game.

Whenever we enter the underground cave and reach the rockfall area, the game consistently disconnects us at the same point. This issue has occurred multiple times despite repeated attempts to re-enter the area.

An in-game message appears stating that the server connection has been lost, and the connection indicator suggests that our Wi-Fi signal is weak. However, we have tested our internet connection thoroughly and confirmed that it is stable and functioning normally. This disconnection issue only occurs during the rockfall event in the underground cave and does not happen in other parts of the game.

We would greatly appreciate your team’s assistance in investigating and resolving this issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1.Launch the game and log in normally.

2.Enter the underground cave area.

3.Progress through the cave until reaching the rockfall section.

4.Trigger or approach the rockfall event.

5.Observe that the game disconnects at this point and displays a “server connection lost” message.

So this is the warning event before Great Depth Worm boss spawns. Unfortunately it seems like a server log wasn't included in the report. May I ask if you are using a mod called Simple Health Bar?

no, we didnt have that mod. here are the mod server list we used in the game
-mod language: thai 
- super stack size 
-Abigail attack shadow creature

-display attack range

-map discovery sharing

Ok I was stupid, the faulty mod was Display Attack Range in this case. I think I mistook a different crash for Simple Health Bar, sorry about that

oh so the solution for my case is to dismiss the Display Attack Range right?

yeah, just drop it. For showing attack range, I think Insight mod has that feature, although there are a lot of features in that one mod
