Refunding DLC don't refund the items

I'm not sure if this have been fixed yet.(haven't tried it.) but it sounds pretty serious.

basically, when you refund a dlc, it won't take the items bought from dlc back.

Steps to Reproduce

[this was taken from the guide listed in description]

1. run the game.
2. in steam shop (not this in game) buy dlc which you want to have.
3. close your game.
4. run your game again and claim your items.
5. After that just close your game and refund dlc.

This happens to me too. I wonder if it will eventually disappear? I bought the complete victorian chest at Jan 10 and refunded a few hours later but the items are still on my item collection. This feels so awkward...
