Simply speaking - moonstorm layers are completely borked on Linux. A sandstorm effect works correctly. Additionally I noticed that if someone gets a gift, the text of the notification is completely unreadable. I'm pretty sure that's Vulkan API's fault, because this bug is present on all linux distributions that I tested - it's woth checking if this bug is also present on Steam Deck.
