When multiple fires are extinguished at once, some of the burned items get their propagator.spreading values set to false permanently instead of temporarily.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Place several burnable items on top of each other
2. Set them on fire
3. Extinguish them
4. Set them on fire again
5. Observe there are less fires
