Random Crashes

Every so often when I join a friend, my game will randomly stop responding and remain in this state until I close the game, I haven't noticed any specific circumstances where it crashes, but it crashes way more often when I'm walking around, rather than standing still. I've disabled all my client mods, closed any tabs that might've been open if it may have been a memory error and my friend has disabled mods for the servers, but it continues to persist, furthermore I can last a few ingame days until it crashes, but once the first crash starts it is nearly impossible to play a full ingame day without another crash, when I check the log nothing notable is there either.
