Putting on the disguise and taking it off makes merms permanently agro towards Wurt without provocation unless Wurt has the disguise on.
This happens if even if you've put it on and off once, or if you're off screen.
Steps to Reproduce
Be Wurt. Put on the disguise. Take off the disguise. Be near merms. Merms attack you as Wurt without provocation.
