PS4/PS5 Walk to chest by itself

My friend and I open a chest together and sometimes, after leaving the chest, he stuck in an animation of being forced to walk a chest/container and open and close it over and over till the container is destroyed. This has never happened to me and only to him. I am host btw.

Steps to Reproduce

Not sure. I believe it happens when survivors open chest together.

Hello,

I had the same issue with chests and the salt box. The way I "reset it" is by holding R2/L2 to open a menu and then the animation spam stops. It also stops by itself after about 30 seconds.

PS: This is on a PS5, if this helps for troubleshooting.

I have the same issue. It has been mentioned several times already but I can not find any feedback from Klei so far. :-|

i can no longer play more than 20 minutes without facing a similar bug (does it while harvesting honey, fighting bosses with mobs, opening any container, going through a nightmare cycle with many nightmares...).
