Pressing action key (Spacebar) next to Carrots on the ground freezes the player in place

Some items, namely carrots (picked carrots, not underground ones) and Bio Scanalyzer(after scanning something), will freeze the player in place trying to pick them up for a few seconds if the player uses the action button (Spacebar). The player character will then get back up not having collected the item. To get around this, players must click on the items with the mouse instead of the action button.
