Post-Rift Varg corpse being eaten by Crystal Buzzards and Hounds before being possessed by gestalts.

Last night I went on multiple different hunts while rifts were open. I had Crystal Buzzards following me. First hunt I focused on hounds and the Buzzards ate the Varg corpse before the gesalts possessed it. Second hunt I focused on the Buzzards and the hounds ate the corpse before it was possessed. I watched them do the eating animation and the corpse disappeared. Not sure if this is intentional but it's pretty difficult to keep the corpse intact for the gestalts with all this chaos happening. Not sure if this happens with Bearger or Deerclops because they weren't following me yet.
