Player killed by Abigail (with Distilled Vengeance effect) shows 'Shenanigans' as death cause

Not a bug, but a slight "nuisance" and inconsistency.

On a (non-PVP) server: when hitting Abigail with Distilled Vengeance effect until player dies (see video), the death announcement states 'killed by Shenanigans'. On the contrary, when a player attacks and gets killed by Maxwell's Shadow, the death cause does include the player's name and 'Shadow'.

Hope we can let Abigail have her revenge by getting her own announcement as 'killed by [player name]'s Abigail'. ;-)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Use Distilled Vengeance effect on Abigail
  2. Let other player(s) hit her until they themselves die
  3. Death announcement shows up with death cause 'Shenanigans'
