Player can be hurt by charged volt goat while riding beefalo

There's also a bug with charged volt goats causing them to deal damage to Maxwell when he uses the shadow cage spell, even though this spell doesn't require physical contact to conduct electricity thus the electric damage

All "torns" damage happens whether or not there is contact, I believe. Monkeys, spitters, and other player take damage from WX's electric circuit even when using ranged attacks.
