Pigs have an extra hand? Has evolution gone too far?

Hi, I came back to the game after a long time, updated the game and noticed that all pigs have three arms. All pigs suffer from this disease, regardless of worlds. This happens on old worlds as well as new ones. I don't have any mods installed. Is there any hope for them? I am playing on version v719586 (64bit).

Steps to Reproduce

So yeah, they're just there, I didn't do anything special except launch the game. I am playing on version v719586 (64bit).

It looks like this handsome guy also has an extra hand. I don't know if it's because Guardian Pigs uses the same sprites as regular Pigs, but they too have been affected by this mysterious disease.
