permanent auto pause and inability to interact with items

so i was just playing don't starve together and after a while i discovered for some reason i needed to get up close to items to examine them and interact and then after my game crashed from that i deleted the server and started a new one and after a while i couldn't use the eggs in the basket (while playing the cawnival event) unless i got far away from it and after a bit once i tried to use a map revealing mod i wouldn't work then a bit after i closed my map the game was stuck in an auto pause state (i could still open up the menu oddly enough) and it was most likely not the map revealing mod
