When frozen, Pengull and Moonrock Pengull do not get wrapped inside ice like other creatures.
They just stand there and do nothing.
Also, is it normal that Baby Beefalo and King of the Merms are immune to be frozen?

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
