As the title stated, if you attempt to open Woby on a boat while fighting, the inventory will not show up and Walter will get locked in this animation. Woby will start running around, pulling you with her. You cannot equip anything while being locked in place.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Have a big woby as Walter
2. Get on a boat with big Woby
3. Fight cookie cutters, and open Woby's inventory while Woby is still fleeing
4. Walter gets stuck
