Old issue with wagstaff is back, it was fixed recently, but after this update its back.
After defeating Celestial Champion and waiting for wagstaff till he finishes his thing and despawns, he will respawn somewhere in your world and stay there forever. More CC you kill, more wagstaffs will randomly spawn.
Btw, I never enabled lunar rifts.
Steps to Reproduce
1) Spawn in Celestial Champion and Kill him
2) Wait for Wagstaff (Don't give him crown shard and wait a minute till he despawns)
3) After Wagstaff despawns > use command c_gonext("wagstaff_npc_pstboss") and you will find him somewhere randomly at the map
