i will be honest with you . i have zero idea wtf any of my pc does or how to look at its files so i will try the method that you listed above. also sorry for not answering until now i forgot i even posted this. i am not a tech savvy dude so please be patient with me as i try to do this.

Thank you yes that file is the correct one. Your integrated graphics will have a real hard time trying to apply the bloom shader that the portal uses over its entire surface. I will take a look at this when I can to see about a lower quality option for this similar to the shadow canopies and reply back here when it is finished.
